self isolation

ffs. unprecedented

i've been at this self isolation thing for a while tbh - about ten years, until fairly recently. i've got company now and it's very nice, assume sloppy, happy sentiments of the happiest, sloppy & sentimental kind.

prior to this, i'd been holed up on me own for yonks...it's not so bad

of course this is different, restriction of movements, limits on food & household goods etc. basically we've not much choice.

not many giggles in this one again. maybe in any of them, there's a pattern developing here eh?

however, hopefully something cool will come out of this enforced 'staycation'.

last night i got in the studio for the first time in yonks & worked on an original song. I have a few lined up, hopefully a new album. two actually; one covers, one original. chatting with the kids about doing a new podcast together, that would be great craic i'm sure

assuming none of us die in the meantime

perhaps this is the point of this one then, i might actually get around to sharing some stuff ...for posterity. a kind of legacy. fs. pretentious twat eh. that's the problem. self promotion is just naff innit. not sure i'll ever get around to it....
